Emirates SkyCargo will offer 17 tonnes of belly-hold capacity on every Boeing 777-200LR flight. Key exports from the Netherlands include flowers, vegetables, plants, meat, seafood, electronics and automotive and ship spare parts.
The daily service connecting Amsterdam to Dubai will be in addition to Emirates’ Airbus A380 flight.
“Our decision to add another daily service to Amsterdam is a direct result of a surge in customer demand,” Hubert Frach, divisional senior vice president, commercial operations West, said. “The enhanced capacity and schedule will offer our customers more choice when traveling between Amsterdam and Dubai and onwards to a multitude of destinations in the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Far East and Australasia.”
