How can I subscribe to Air Cargo World Premium?

You can get subscribed to Air Cargo World Premium by completing the subscription form here! Upon completion of your registration, your 7 day free trial will begin. Your payment will not be processed until the end of your trial. 

Do you offer Enterprise subscriptions?

We do provide Enterprise subscription options which provide Premium access to your whole team at a deeply discounted rate – Contact us to learn more! 

Can I get a free trial?

We are happy to offer a free 7 day trial for all new Air Cargo World Premium subscribers! Your trial will begin automatically upon completion of registration. You can start your trial here 

You will be required to sign up using a credit card, but you will not be charged until the end of your trial. You are free to cancel your subscription during your trial, at no charge. 

Can I pay by invoice?

If you require an invoice to subscribe, we are happy to send that over to you! You can contact us to request. Please provide the full name of the subscriber, their email address, company name, billing address, and the email address the invoice should be directed to.  

How can I get a payment receipt?

At the time of payment, your receipt will be automatically sent to the email address on fileSome email firewalls send these receipts to spam or block completely. Please note that payment receipt for Air Cargo World Premium subscriptions will not be sent until the completion of your 7 day trial.

If you need a receipt and have not received via email, please contact us and we will be happy to send that over to you! If you have the transaction number please provide, otherwise please provide the subscriber’s email address, transaction amount, and the transaction date so that our team can locate your receipt.

How do I log into my account?

Air Cargo World subscribers can log into their account here! You must have a paid subscription to log in and access Premium content. 

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

You can reset your password here! Some firewalls will send the password reset email to your spam folder or block completely. If you do not receive, you can contact us and our team will be happy to assist you with resetting your password.  

How can I renew my subscription?

If your subscription has already expired, you can renew from your account settings here! If you would like to renew your subscription prior to expiration, you can contact us and our team will be happy to assist. Please be sure to mention the subscriber’s email address on file so our team can locate your account. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Premium Subscribers can cancel their subscription from the “Subscriptions” section of your Account Page.

You can also contact us to request cancellation of your subscription. Please include the email address you subscribed with so our team can locate your account. We appreciate any feedback on your reason for cancellation, in an effort to improve the customer experience!
