All-cargo Rickenbacker International Airport, based in Columbus, U.S., will see Cathay Pacific and Emirates SkyCargo coming and going more frequently as both are adding to their existing schedules in October.
Cathay Pacific, which has operated service between Hong Kong and Rickenbacker since 2014, will add a fourth weekly scheduled frequency to Columbus effective Oct. 13. Currently, this flight is slated as a seasonal addition through the end of the year.
Emirates SkyCargo, which started scheduled import service from Dubai four months ago, plans to add a second weekly frequency to Rickenbacker beginning October 3. Emirates will continue with this new Saturday flight, in addition to its scheduled Wednesday flight, even after the peak season.
