Canadian cargo-only carrier Cargojet has entered into a long-term air cargo services agreement with UPS Canada to carry domestic overnight freight on behalf of the express company. The agreement replaces an earlier 2003 contract.
The initial term of the agreement is for a 10-year period with two renewal options, lasting three years each.
Cargojet provides time-sensitive overnight air cargo services, carrying more than 453 tonnes of cargo every business night. The carrier operates a freight network across North America, utilizing a fleet of 24 all-cargo aircraft.
