Dutch transportation and distribution provider Jan de Rijk Logistics will start providing road-feeder services in Prague and Amsterdam for China Eastern Airlines, effective today. China Eastern Airlines is starting the route with three A330-200 flights a week. The carrier is also rolling out passenger flights between Shanghai and Amsterdam on A330-200 aircraft four times a week starting June 26.
Robert Kleppers, senior sales executive for air cargo at Jan de Rijk Logistics, explained that the partnership was “natural,” given that his company has “been working closely together with China Eastern/China Cargo for many years.”
Jan de Rijk Logistics provides transportation and distribution services with its fleet of 1,000 vehicles across Europe. The company also offers warehousing, distribution and home deliveries.
