Swiss logistics company Militzer & Münch has merged its German companies under a single management structure. The affected subsidiaries are M&M Militzer and Münch, which focuses on road transport; M&M air sea cargo; and M&M Militzer and Münch Deutsche Holding.
“One of the firm goals of Militzer & Münch is to further develop our services in the road, sea and air segments and thus our presence in Germany,” said Dr. Lothar Thoma, CEO M&M Militzer & Münch International Holding AG.
Thoma and Klaus Jäger are the managing directors of M&M Militzer & Münch and M&M air sea cargo. Militzer & Münch has also united the sales organizations of both units. Sven-Boris Brunner, the former managing director of M&M Militzer & Münch, is now focusing on consultation and business development in Iran.
