Toll Group, which is owned by Japan Post, has opened a new office in Munich, with plans to open another in Nuremberg by the end of October. These new branches are in addition to facilities currently operating in Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hannover and Stuttgart, in Germany.
The Australia-based forwarder said it sees these expansions as opportunities to grow in the fashion, automotive, electronics and machinery sectors.
Toll Express, a division of Toll Group, completed a US$20 million renovation to its depot in Perth, in August, as part of a more-than-$80 million initiative to upgrade and improve major property investments in Western Australia. Toll operates worldwide, including Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America, Africa and the Middle East.
